Music in Action
Music in Action
This performance brings together three of our programmes, the Sing Out! Pimlico, our In-Schools Programme and the Pimlico Children’s Choir. Our special guest is Ansumana Suso who is a vocalist and percussionist specialising in West African music.
The concert explores songs that have changed the world in a variety of contexts from different cultures, periods and social causes. Expect pieces such as Labi Siffre, ‘Something Inside So Strong’, and Bob Dylan, ‘Blowing in the Wind’ - just a couple of the many songs that have inspired change.
Music has helped shape our society. We are celebrating how powerful music can be.

Winter Nights at the Zoo
Pimlico Musical Foundation are excited to be featuring at a brand new event at Battersea Park Children’s Zoo. This will be a festive evening with the chance to watch our Children’s Choir sing.
Alongside the ticket is exclusive access to the zoo after dark, and the chance to see their array of animals.
