Here at PMF, we take safeguarding extremely seriously and have a variety of measures, policies and procedures in place to ensure the utmost safety of our young participants.
Measures we have in place
To ensure the safety of our young participants, our staff and collaborators, we have measures in place.
All staff, contractors and volunteers that work with us undergo enhanced DBS checks and referencing
All staff, contractors and volunteers that regularly work with our young participants must complete safeguarding training and receive certification
We have a variety of experienced Designated Safeguarding Leads who oversee the safeguarding of the organisation, its staff and participants
We have a robust set of procedures for reporting safeguarding concerns or incidents, which is dealt with by our trained team of Designated Safeguarding Leads

Safeguarding Concerns
If you have a safeguarding concern, you should report it to a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Who to contact
You should report any safeguarding concerns to a member of PMF staff during rehearsals. All staff are trained to follow the correct procedures.
If you feel there is an urgent risk, you can contact one of the designated safeguarding leads using the numbers below.
If there is an immediate risk to a child’s health and safety, you should call the police.
